Where to write

Email [email protected]. If it's about a purchase, refund or sign-in, write from the address you paid with so we can find you right away. For security issues, start the subject with [security] — we appreciate hearing before anything goes public.

We usually reply within one business day. We're in Korea (UTC+9), so mail sent in the US evening is usually answered by your morning.

Quick answers

• Trial — the first 14 days are free with every feature, no sign-up.
• Signing in after you buy — in the app, open Settings › License, enter the email you paid with, then the code we email you. No password. No code? Check spam, and if it still hasn't arrived after ten minutes, write to us.
• Up to 3 Macs — one person can use it on up to 3 of their own Macs. Out of room? Remove an old one under See your Macs. Macs unused for 90 days drop off on their own.
• Refunds — within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. Write from the email you paid with — refund policy
• Requirements — macOS 13 or later on an Apple silicon Mac.
• A project doesn't show up on the board — projects inside a temporary folder like ~/tmp aren't suggested. Add it with + Add folder on the board — Docs

What helps us help you

Your app version (bottom of Settings › General), your macOS version, and roughly when it happened. A screenshot helps. Please don't send whole session transcripts — if we need part of one, we'll ask for exactly that.
